Use ADRCI or Support Workbench to package the incident.

First, create the package using the problem ID displayed by the SHOW PROBLEM command.
adrci > ips create package problem 1 correlate all

step 6
Next, create a zip to send to Oracle Support by specifying the package number displayed by the above command.
adrci > ips generate package 1 in "/tmp"

step 6
send the zip file to oracle

ADR_BASE_LISTENER for listener log adn trace files



ADR_BASE_LISTENER directory

To Change the adr directory for listener from default
Make Changes in listener.ora file
 e.g. ADR_BASE_LISTENER = /oralog/oracle

example:
/oralog/oracle/oradiag_oracle/diag/clients/user_oracle/

Log into the oracle user.
Set Oracle database environment, using
. oraenv

Start the ADR command line interpreter(ADRCI) by issuing the following command in the database directory:

adrci purge

ADRCI  purge

The automated purge policy for Diagnostic data includes incident and problem descriptions, trace files, dumps, health monitor reports, alert log entries, and more are governed by policy setting. 

Cleanup is done by MMON background process.

Start the ADR command line interpreter(ADRCI) by issuing the following command in the database directory:

adrci
ADRCI: Release 11.2.0.2.0
ADR base = "/ora01/oracle"

ADRCI enables you to:
  • View diagnostic data within the Automatic Diagnostic Repository (ADR).
  • View Health Monitor reports.
  • Package incident and problem information into a zip file for transmission to Oracle Support.
