Change Xmx1024M    to Xmx2024M

Summary

1. login as oracle

2. download agentDownload

3. change the permissions on the file

4. Install

5. run root.sh

6. update /etc/oratab

7. check agent status

8. configure databases, ASM using OEM Grid

OEM GRID 10.2.0.5 - false alarm - CPU 100% Utilization on OMS server

As per Metalink note 566711.1, this is bug and fixed by
applying Patch 6455908.
